Do you offer free shipping on all orders?

Make Me Pretty offers free shipping on all UK and International orders.

Do you ship internationally?

Of course! Makemepretty.com ships internationally to 100+ countries.

What shipping services do you use?

DOMESTIC: FREE Standard Royal Mail tracked shipping on all orders (please allow 2-3 working days to receive your order).
FREE Next day, or anyway of your choice DPD delivery on orders over £60.

INTERNATIONAL: FREE international shipping via DPD (please allow up to 14 days for your items to arrive).

Order status updates

We know that you want to get your products ASAP - that's why we aim to ship within 24 hours from receipt of order. We provide you with automatic email and text message (if you opt-in) alerts to keep you in the loop.

Returns and exchanges

What to do if my order is missing an item?

Occasionally we might incur a stock issue, if this occurs then you will receive an email from one of our team to let you know. If for some reason your order is missing a piece then you can email us and we will get back to you within 24 hours with a replacement. Click this link if you need to email us about an issue.

Order issues

Please ensure that you inspect your order carefully when you receive it. In the rare event that you receive an item that is defective, damaged or you receive the wrong item, let us know as soon as possible so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returning an item that came with a free promotional gift.

If you received a FREE product or FREE gift with your purchase, you must include it with your return shipment in order to be refunded in the original form of payment.

Do you test on animals?

No. Here at Make Me Pretty we care about animals. We never test products or ingredients on animals, nor do we allow suppliers to conduct testing on our behalf.
